All data collected is for the filling of orders and will not be passed onto 3rd parties.
I post all items by first class the day after payment has been recieved Monday to Saturday.
If an item recieved is damaged or is not please contact me within 7 days of receipt in order for me to rectify the problem.
An item whichis damaged or you are disatisfied with must be return to me, before I will deliver another one, proof of posting must be collected by you. I will refund this cost.
If an item fails to be recieved or a part order is recieved please contact me within 7 days of odering so a solution can be found.
If replacing an item is going to take to long, I will refund the full cost of the item and the postage.
